　　Location: With the north boundary about 45km away from downtown area， it borders the New Town of Daxing on the west. It is 25km from the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone to this base. It is to the north of the programmed Seven-Ring Road and to the west of  No.104 National Road.

　　Base Program: It is planned to cover a total area of 666,667m2, and to build a high-tech, low energy-consuming industrial park.
