为了支持境外投资者通过北京产权交易所等开展境内企业国有产权跨境转让人民币结算业务，中国人民人行印发了《关于进一步完善人民币跨境业务政策 促进贸易投资便利化的通知》。

　　In order to support foreign investors to carry out RMB settlement for the cross-border transfer of state-owned property rights of domestic enterprises through China Beijing Equity Exchange, etc. the People’s Bank of China issued the Notice of the People’s Bank of China on Further Improving Cross-Border RMB Service Policies to Promote Trade and Investment Facilitation.

　　根据这项政策，北京产权交易所等国有资产监督管理部门的指定机构，能够使用人民币进行产权交易保证金和交易价款的收取、退回及境内划转，不仅丰富了国内产权交易的资金币种拓宽了要素市场的资金交易渠道，还能够减少交易双方的汇兑风险，减低了交易成本。

　　According to the Notice Institutions designed by state-owned assets, such as China Beijing Equity Exchange and other ones are allowed to conduct receipts and returns of property right transaction deposits and transaction fees and their domestic transfers. It not only adds more currencies to be used for domestic property right transaction increasing capital channels for the market, but also reduces the risk and costs of funds transfer for both sides and further facilitates foreign investors to carry out direct RMB investments.

　　目前结算银行已经为来自日本、韩国、德国等多个国家的境外投资者提供了跨境人民币结算服务，涉及的境内奇特涵盖电力能源、交通运输、电子设备制造业等多个领域，有效提高资金周转效率，降低交易双方资金成本。

　　The settlement bank has provided cross-border RMB settlement services for foreign investors from Japan, South Korea, Germany and other countries involving domestic enterprises from multiple sectors, such as energy, transportation, electronic equipment manufacturing and etc. The measure improves the capital turnover and reduces transaction costs for both sides.
